New to running and enjoying it but need your help re: underwear :-)

My wife's a runner and full-bottomed cotton undies work best for her.  The two brands she feels most comfortable in are Victoria's Secret, and Haines; the trick is to buy a slightly higher waist (briefs?) and make sure they're a bit snug.
