14U Central Indiana Catz (formerly Catz 2000) will be holding open tryouts for the upcoming 2013-14 season this Friday, August 9 at 7pm & Saturday, August 10, 2013 at 10:00am at Elwood Girls Softball Fields located in Elwood, IN. The fields are located next to Callaway Park on North 19th St. Please arrive 30 minutes early for registration.
We are looking for dedicated players as we enter our 1st year of the 14U tournament season. The type of player/ athlete and families we are looking for is the hard working and gives 110% all the time as we are planning to play a very competitive "A" season. We will be playing NSA, ASA & PGF sanctioned tournaments.
This team, coached by JR Reese & Jon Silcox, had a very successful season as a 12U team with a record of 79-24-1 with 7 - 1st place finishes and 3 - 2nd place finishes.
